We're not just a workout - we're a community.Our outdoor fitness group meets in the park to move, sweat, and feel stronger together. We believe fitness should be fun, challenging, and something you actually look forward to. That's why every workout is different, every person is welcomed, and every session ends with high fives and good energy.We train using dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight movements, and have a daily focus that cycles between endurance, strength, high intensity, agility, and mobility.New to fitness or training hard for years - you're welcome here.
